After harvesting and picking the best grapes from the vines, and fully
monitoring the process of fermentation in vats, where they meet the strictest quality controls, our wines age in a thousand American and French oak casks in the cellars: there they reach the fullness and magnificence of the sought shades, the texture and uniqueness that define our wines.
Ageing in bottle enhances the wine like a good restoring sleep. This resting stage is fully controlled in our winery. We do not leave anything at random: levels of humidity, temperature and light, the quality of the cork, the bottling and labelling of all our wines.
We try our best by carefully blending the old traditional methods with the most state-of-the-art technology in order to produce our more emblematical wines, while enjoying the search of new sensations.
